Phnom Kulen Waterfall Tour

Phnom Kulen Waterfall

Phnom Kolen Waterfall is located far from Siem Reap city, about 8 km. We’ll pick up tickets in town first. We will get the car to drop us at the base of the mountain. It is along the road to the right of the main ticket booth, about 1 km. We’ll walk around the sites and see the 1000 Lingars, waterfall, and Preah Angthom pagoda.

The walk up to the big statue of Buddha is really great; it starts with a mass of steps. Along the way, there are two pagodas. One pagoda is old, and the other is under construction. There is also a small pool if you already need to freshen up. The waterfall is beautiful and you can get really close to it. There were two waterfalls; one was smaller and the other was larger. We swam in the larger one. You can store your things in a locker that’s at the base of the waterfall. There is a small fee ($2–3 USD) to rent one. They give you a key, which you can put on your wrist so you won’t lose it.
